Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaleIQ (the "Service"), provided by SaleIQ, Inc. ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

SaleIQ is an AI-assisted sales platform that provides lead management, deal pipeline tracking, automated outreach sequences, AI-generated sales coaching, and analytics. AI-generated recommendations, scores, and coaching feedback are provided for informational purposes to assist your team; they are advisory in nature and do not guarantee any sales outcome, and you remain responsible for decisions made using the Service.

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
• Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends; no payment method is required to start a trial.
• You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law;
• Upload data you do not have the right to process (e.g. contacts collected without a lawful basis);
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying models;
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model;
• Circumvent usage limits or resell access to the Service without our written consent.

As between you and us, you and your organization retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data to the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SaleIQ, Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools you choose to connect (e.g. calendar, email, or AI providers). We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALEIQ, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
